School executives will ensure that the school is a professional learning community
This school year I have been exposed to various aspects of Human Resource Leadership while at CFES. In the beginning of the school year I was able to observe and assist the following:
- Scheduling staff evaluations for 2020-2021 school year
- Developing two school calendars (virtual and in-person)
- Assisting administration in placing students in classrooms associated with appropriate teacher and student need
- Strategic planning phase in plane (cohorts) for the implementation of students returning to the classroom due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
- Assisting in developing lunch, specials, duty stations and Instructional Assistant (IA) schedules
