Summary:
School executives will understand and act on the understanding of the important role a school’s culture contributes to the exemplary performance of the school.

CFES school culture is on which is positive and promotes teachers and students accomplishments. Through this unconventional school year the positive school culture has provided an avenue in which has enables teachers to perform at a very high level. The positive school culture is lead by Ms. Stone (P) and Ms. Keyser (AP) have built a positive culture which is through the CFES TWC.

Factors of Positive Cultural Leadership:
At CFES one of the contributing factors to the positive cultural leadership is the exemptatory factors is the open communication between administration and staff. In addition, to open communication is the humility of listening to their staff and how they implement the staffs perspective in every decision made to improve student learning and growth. Teachers are trusted to make sound professional decisions about instruction and faculty has an effective process for making group decisions to solve problems. CFES Celebrations
Another factor of "Cultural Leadership" is the ability to celebrate moments throughout the school year. This is no more important that his school year, with the teaching through the COVID19 pandemic. I have been able to capture special moments and work as a team member in displaying our celebrations to our staff and learning community.

CFES Collaborations
- At CFES collaboration is a fabric of the school culture
- Every Monday the leadership team meets to discuss various aspects of the school operations.
- Every two weeks the social services department meets with administration team to keep a pulse of the school.
- Once a month are faculty, leadership, school improvement team meetings.
- After every meeting the administration team sends out a survey to the teachers to gain the perspective and incorporate their vision as we move forward in the work of supporting kids.
Example of collaboration "Welcome to the Neighborhood"
- While in my internship I work closely with the third grade team and developing their abilities to positively collaborate together in a working positive working environment. In response assisting the team I developed "Welcome to the Neighborhood" presentation. The premises behind the presentation was to show how we are part of a neighborhood of learners and everyone plays an important and strategic role in students development.
